Horn Frank is Somalia’s trusted frankincense company, founded in 2015 in the heart of Bosaso. Built on a legacy of excellence and tradition, Horn Frank exports high-quality frankincense and myrrh from the ancient lands of Bari and Sanaag to the world.

Our Story

Established by Asad Mohamud and Mohamed Yamani, Horn Frank began as a vision to bring Somali frankincense to international markets through ethical harvesting and modern logistics. With deep roots in the local land and community, we aim to connect the world with the purity of Somali resins.

To deliver the finest frankincense products while protecting our environment, uplifting rural communities, and preserving centuries-old harvesting traditions.

Where We Operate

Horn Frank owns and manages farms in Bari and Sanaag—the richest frankincense-producing regions in Somalia. Our headquarters is located in Bosaso, and we work with a network of trained harvesters across Puntland.
